We are often asked for help on a one-to-one basis about how to find a Spiritual Director or Companion. Often people are looking for simple help whilst they ask questions about faith.
Sometimes they aren't sure what questions they have, just a serious of thoughts, reflections and fleeting experiences is leaving them feeling they need to think further. We put people in touch with others who may be able to offer some of their own reflections or just sit and listen.

Often people don't know this service is on offer. The attached leaflet called,
'Finding a Spiritual Companion' will help with some of the more common questions.
If you would like to know how to find a Companion in the area where you live,
send an e-mail to the iChaplain and we will make some enquiries for you.

Of course, you don't have to actually get in touch with anyone,
after all that is what we are here to do via e-mail.
We often offer spiritual companionship to people via e-mail.

Christians are encouraged to pray everyday.
